New Saloon’s editorial website is newsaloon.org. In these conditions, “we” is its operator. Contractual obligations exist only where a valid agreement is formed under applicable law. Do not use features requiring agreement if you decline their conditions.
Event descriptions are editorial references rather than offers to sell admission, and the publication cannot confirm a reservation on your behalf.
What an article provides
Coverage offers general information, commentary and opinion. It does not guarantee entertainment listings, release details, prices, availability or third-party claims remain correct. Confirm information important to a decision with the original source. An article may be incomplete, outdated or mistaken, and a mention is not an assurance of a service’s suitability.
What you may do
Read for personal use and share page links. The operator owns or lawfully uses its material; protected copying, republication and commercial exploitation require permission except where fair use or another legal exception applies. Other parties retain their names and trademarks, without implied affiliation.
Send messages only containing material you are entitled to provide, without unnecessary confidential details. We may handle and answer the matter, but receiving a private message does not grant unlimited publishing rights. Additional publishing or commissioned-work permissions require separate agreement. Do not send threats, deceptive or unlawful content or spam, or introduce malware, bypass restrictions, attempt unauthorized access or overwhelm the site. Reasonable limits may address abuse.
Commercial features and other destinations
Ads, sponsorship and affiliate referrals may be present. Qualifying actions may earn commissions and material commercial relationships will be disclosed where relevant. Placement does not warrant quality or results. External providers govern their own terms, security and availability, including orders, bookings, accounts, fulfillment and support. A link does not place those operations under our responsibility.
The legal boundaries
To the extent lawful, the publication makes no warranty of uninterrupted access, error-free material or fitness for a particular use, and indirect or consequential losses are limited. Mandatory rights, remedies and liabilities remain unaffected.
